This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Urban Warfare School handles refund requests for course purchases made through our website and associated platforms.
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days from the date of purchase. After 2 days, refund requests may be denied.
To qualify for a refund, the course or training program must not have been accessed at all. Once any part of the course is accessed, a refund cannot be issued.

Please provide your order number, reason for refund, and any supporting information.
Your request will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated. Approved refunds are processed within 2 days and credited to the original payment method.
Refunds are not provided for individual courses within a bundle or package. Only full bundles may be refunded where eligible.
Courses or training programs that have been completed (even partially) are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, access to course materials and training programs will be removed immediately.
Urban Warfare School may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
